Mr. Donsky was born and raised in Philadelphia and educated in public schools. He has been a member of the Pennsylvania Bar since 1966. He graduated from Temple University Law School with a J.D. degree. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Temple University. He served our country for six years as a member of the U.S. Army Reserve. He has maintained a general, civil and personal injury practice in Philadelphia and its surrounding counties for over 44 years. He has lectured on personal injury matters to other lawyers through the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and is the author of the publication Maximizing the Soft Tissue Injury, 1986. He has been a partner and founder of several law firms in Philadelphia bearing his name, and since 1996 has maintained his solo practice. He is rated excellent for legal ability, ethics and integrity by the Philadelphia Bar and Martindale-Hubbell with an A-V rating. He served as a member of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyer's Association Board of Governors under several presidents and was instrumental in creating the brochure on no fault auto insurance distributed by hundreds of attorneys to thousands of their clients. Mr. Donsky will serve "of counsel" to the firm.

Mr. Donsky is available to speak at schools, houses of worship, charitable an community groups on a variety of legal topics involving injuries, including medical and pharmacy malpractice, nursing home care, defective products, work injuries, auto insurance and disabilities, insurance companies' bad faith and police brutality cases.
