Jennifer A. Santiago
Jennifer A. Santiago is an associate at Wapner Newman, P.C. Her practice is focused primarily on the representation of victims involved in motor vehicle accidents, slips/trips and falls, premises liability and construction site accidents. Ms. Santiago is a well-respected member of her profession who is known for being tenacious and tireless while advocating for her clients in all personal injury matters.
Prior to joining Wapner Newman, P.C., Ms. Santiago was a Senior Trial Associate at Browning Legal Group. While at BLG, Ms. Santiago handled criminal defense, family, and personal injury matters. She was responsible to handle all cases from inception through verdict. Prior to working for BLG, Ms. Santiago served as Staff Counsel for an insurance company. Her responsibility included defending her clients against lawsuits in motor vehicle and slip and fall accidents.
Ms. Santiago is a 2004 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. She received her Juris Doctor degree in 2009 from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law. She also earned her Masters of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Saint Joseph’s University in 2017.
Ms. Santiago is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New York, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
In 2019, Ms. Santiago was recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star. This was the fourth year that Ms. Santiago has been honored to be recognized.
In her time away from the office, Ms. Santiago serves as the President for the National Pan-Hellenic Council of Southeastern Pennsylvania. This organization serves Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks, and Chester counties, and is comprised of twenty-five chapters of what is commonly referred to as the Divine Nine. She also serves as the Parliamentarian for Beta Delta Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated. Additionally, she continues to serve on the John S. Bradway High School Mock Trial committee.
